Kassandra, I am almost 70, still extremely active, skier (backcountry and downhill), mountain and road biker, fisherman, and golfing.  I recently started to have major issues with knees and hips.  A buddy of mine recommended  your beginner course and I am so happy I found you.  I had not been stretching before any of the activities, which I know was a huge mistake.  In the short time I have been doing yoga with your courses, the pain in my hips and knees are slowly fading away.  Thank you!

Love this! I'm 65 years old with autoimmune arthritis, which means I am very stiff and sore in the mornings. This has helped tremendously!

Still my favourite! I’ve been following your channel daily for the past four months, and this session is one of my absolute favourites. The tempo is perfect, the instructions are clear, and I love that I can adjust the intensity based on my flexibility and strength.

It would be fantastic to have a similar session that includes an introduction to general spinal mobility exercises before starting—from the neck down to the lower back. At 52, I find a bit of extra warming up helps loosen my arthritic joints.

Thank you so much I to have been practising yoga for over 20 years  and through most of those years I have had chronic pain so I dearly and deeply like these classes it truly breaks up your mind and gently keeps your ego quiet in not always challenging you so hard . Hi Kassandra! I’ve been doing yoga with you for a few months now and love your beginner classes. I’m 63 and have Hashimoto’s disease and AFib, both requiring me to destress and relax. Thank you Kassandra for always having such wonderful classes. I have been practising for almost a decade and I love to do beginner flows every now and then to remember that it''s a practice. Hi I just did this stretching yoga and it did me wonders. I am a recovering alcoholic and have a year of sobriety under my belt. This felt truly powerful for me and I feel soo much better. Did yoga in past but want to start simple. I really loved it! I hope you are hanging in without your fur baby. 🤗
