Still my favourite! I’ve been following your channel daily for the past four months, and this session is one of my absolute favourites. The tempo is perfect, the instructions are clear, and I love that I can adjust the intensity based on my flexibility and strength.

It would be fantastic to have a similar session that includes an introduction to general spinal mobility exercises before starting—from the neck down to the lower back. At 52, I find a bit of extra warming up helps loosen my arthritic joints.

As an osteopath practising in the UK, I frequently signpost my patients to your channel. Well done, Kassandra—you’re a star! ⭐

Hi Kassandra! I’ve been doing yoga with you for a few months now and love your beginner classes. I’m 63 and have Hashimoto’s disease and AFib, both requiring me to destress and relax. I find your classes challenging and relaxing at the same time. Hoping to get to intermediate level eventually. Thanks for all the videos and playlists making what I’m looking for easy to find!
