As a Finn: This song isn't as raunchy in Finnish as it is in English. The original lyrics are more humorous and there are puns. Sadly the English language kills some of it because the only translation available is the literal one. For example falling in "love" here is actually "falling into a crack" :D Erika's song is funnier and smarter than the translation. She also uses her regional Finnish dialect in this song which is adorable and is completely lost in translation. I LOVE IT, I will absolutely vote for her in UMK. I LOVER HER.

You look superb today. Based on the music videos, I am very much rooting for Erika Vikman to do a killer live performance so we get to send her to the ESC. The other songs are very radio friendly, but Erika's song uses the given 3 minutes the best, it's very unique, and is gonna look epic on stage, if done right. I hope you have a blast at UMK. I know the show will be amazing, because YLE always delivers.

What I really like about Neea River is that she's an independent artist. The fact that she's pulling this off without any huge record company supporting her - respect! ❤ I recommend listening to her song "All the way" too 🥰

Haha! Won't miss you at UMK then!! Can't wait!😁 Viivi's song has some aspects of the brutality of growing old. In the lyrics one person passing first is brought up, as well as the day when one might lose memories due to dementia. I don't know how well those come through on the translation. The song is more hopeful about spending the future together through thick and thin, but I don't see it as a super happy song.
